Lewisham Gateway is an ambitious regeneration project, one that has taken 20 years to complete. Costing £500 million and spanning over 1000 homes, 25,000 square feet of retail space and 20,000 square feet of work space, the redevelopment has completely transformed the popular south-east London borough.
Lockmetal worked closely with the design and commercial teams to consult and propose a solution that met with both the budget restraints and striking aesthetic requirements of the project. Integrally, the proposed solution was also deliverable in a tight timeframe and practical to install.
The finished project speaks for itself. We are so proud to have played a role in what is a truly transformative project for the borough, bringing countless benefits to the community in Lewisham.
